October 10 Update: GTA Event, Season Opener, and Last Chance for Greg Monroe Tickets!

Sports is in the air as we look forward to the start of college basketball season and some great upcoming events!

-Monday, November 4, 5-7pm: GTA Event at AT&T Park - Technology in Sports: From Fantasy to Reality (panel includes former NFL Commissioner Paul Tagliabue, C'62)

Friday, November 8, 4pm: Georgetown men's basketball season opener vs. Oregon from Seoul, South Korea (Game Watch TBD!)

Tuesday, November 12, 6pm: Georgetown Alumni Night at Oracle Arena to watch Greg Monroe and the Detroit Pistons take on the Warriors (only a handful of tickets remain, deadline Monday, October 14). Includes pre-game courtside acess from 6-6:30pm!

Technology in Sports: From Fantasy to Reality

Check out this unique event from the GTA (Georgetown Technology Alliance), on Monday, November 4, from 5-7pm. Former NFL Commissioner Paul Tagliabue (C'62) will be part of an All-Star Hoya panel that will discuss technology in sports at AT&T Park. To purchase a ticket, please click here.

Georgetown men's basketball season opener vs. Oregon from Seoul, South Korea
SAVE THE DATE of November 8 as your Georgetown Hoyas kick off the 2013-14 season with a game in Seoul, South Korea vs. the Oregon Ducks! Game is on Friday, November 8 at 4pm Pacific Time on ESPN, so this is a great opportunity to kick off the weekend a little early with some Happy Hour and some Hoyas. Game watch information for this game as well as a schedule of game watches for the season will be posted shortly, so stay tuned!

65 Hoya fans have already purchased tickets for the November 12 game, and only a handful remain. Come join us as we'll have courtside access from 6-6:30pm for the 7:30pm tip-off, in what should be an unforgettable experience.
