Looking for some alum sports fun during the fall? NorCal Hoyas Bowling Team Returns!
Better Off Bowling is a co-ed social bowling league for young professionals that runs on Sunday
afternoons during the fall. They have a bunch of young professionals
along with a number of other school alum groups and usually have ~400
fun social people in the league. They've contacted us hoping we would
be interested in getting a team or two together (does not have to be all
alums though). Registration ends October 20, and the league starts rolling October 27.
When: Six Sunday evenings October 27th-December 8th (Skip December 1st)
Time: Varries week to week, start times tentatively set for 5pm, 6:30pm and 8pm
Location: Lucky Strike (3rd and King Street, right by AT&T Park)
As Hoya alums, we get $30 off the regular
registration price with the discount code: SFALUM1013. This brings the
price to $58/person, and includes 6 weeks of bowling, shoe rentals, an end-of-season party, league organization, and bowling/after-bowling bar specials!
You can get more info, see pics, and sign up at their season page here.
Just click on the Register button to pay/get registered, and then
join the "Hoya Paranoia" team . Then, please e-mail us at email@example.com
to introduce yourself and to make sure you're on the team (or if
you have any questions). You can also invite friends by Facebook or
e-mail. Hope to see you rolling with us soon!
Attention MSB graduates: Georgetown needs your help!
